This syncs all changes I have pushed to archlinux.

nvidia-open-dkms gets now directly build together with the nvidia-open-dkms package. The patches are mostly reused and are applying correctly.

Besides that there are no functional changes expected.

With the pkgrel stuff resolved, its LGTM

Too much NVIDIA patching these days. But LGTM for me. I think some things like enabling sleep services can be adapted for 470.xx.

Yeah, that should be solved with 565 and 570.
