sddm numlock state unaffected by sddm.conf

Editing /etc/sddm.conf to include the following:

[General]
Numlock=on

Does NOT effect sddm numlock state

FIX:

1. In system settings>keyboard set NumLock on startup: to "Turn on"
2. Then navigate to system settings>login screen and click "Apply Plasma settings"

This is not really an elegant solution and could be done easier and more intuitively

If youre on KDE, then CachyOS is using plasma-login-manager and not sddm.
