This is an Expo issue (see: expo/expo-cli#899).

Will monitor when they release this feature and then add it in. It will only be a configuration change.

Alternately, we can handle it manually following this guide (https://docs.expo.io/versions/v34.0.0/guides/push-notifications/) and going to section (Handle receiving and/or selecting the notification).
