Add tensor manipulation example

Building on #251 it would be nice to have an example showcasing basic tensor functionalities.

Probably up-front before Simplenet to let people 'dip their toes' before getting into the nets which are more complicated.
Alternatively could be combined with the autograd, as that's where these functions will really be used.
