[Tutorial]: Up and running #238

We need a tutorial outlining how first time contributors get a local copy of the website running on their machine. It should include:

  • Showing people how to sign up to github, fork the repository and clone a local copy
  • Installing dependencies (or docker) and other setup
  • Running Jekyll serve and opening localhost in the browser

Probably best to make a video of this, similar to Vince's hint videos, and add it to the end of the tutorial as this would help explain it better I think.
