[Dashboard app] Add new history block

1. Before applying, Read our Contributor Guidelines and README.
2. Add new chart where user can input wallet id and will see all history of this user
3. Add to Dashboard new method get_user_history
4. Add using streamlit input field doc
5. Use this function to fetch data
6. You can use mock data from here
7. in your application write ETA and your telegram handler
8. Attach in your PR screenshot of adding this new chart
