[Priority 4] Spaces around connecting words in notifications

Similar to #1, but this pertains to notification text. Same problem, but here the notifications are much smaller on the screen and looked at with a shorter duration so we give this a lower priority. In the screenshot attached it seems half-width spaces are inserted before and after times.
