Since this is going to be a partially community driven project, we should probably add ways that we can moderate the site. The AI likes to get.... horny sometimes and trigger the NSFW filter. For example

Here are the capabilities I think that moderators/admin users should have the ability to do.

Delete Images
Edit image tags
Add/Remove/edit tags
Add/remove/edit prompts

This issue should be split into multiple issues. Each task above should be its own issue as well as :

Set up RLS so that users marked as "Admin" or "Mod" can modify images, tags, and prompts.
Set up endpoint/routine so then when an image is deleted from the images table it deletes the images from the Bucket and from the image_links table.
