The artifact https://repository.mulesoft.org/nexus/content/repositories/public/com/github/Celos/avro-json-decoder/1.2/ doesn't contain jar artifact, but only pom. Hence the dependency can't be downloaded any more.

Why not to move it to Maven Central or JCenter?
