[Bug] nft_mint_nft not setting royalty percentage properly in created nft

What happened?

tested using the example in

https://docs.chia.net/guides/nft-rpc/

Mint an NFT (With DID)

And also using my own minting scripts I've used before successfully. First encountered on Testnet, and then confirmed on Mainnet.

I see royalty percentage as 0 , royalty puzhash is assigned.

0 royalty percentage value confirmed with chia wallet nft list -i etc; visual review of input json or cli looks like valid input.

Reviewing release notes for 2.5.7, I don't see this mention as something fixed since this testing in 2.5.6.

Hey @Anarkoic , thank you for the report we are able to reproduce the issues on our side and have identified the cause. The team is working on a fix to be included in the next RC for 2.5.8

Hey @Anarkoic , we have identified the root cause as an incorrect parameter name change where royalty_percentage was changed to royalty_amount. So as a workaround you should be able to use the royalty_amount parameter while we work to fix this for the next release version.
