I have used the video-annotation plugin and in the plugin settings there is this option
Disable XSS prevention security
Only enable this option if you know what it means and if you trust all your users: they will be able to inject JavaScript in the player
What I understood is that when this option is enabled and it is enabled by default, it is supposed to allow JavaScript code to be injected into the player
I tried to add JavaScript code in the video settings but it does not work. What is the way to add JavaScript code correctly in the video settings
Steps to reproduce
1.Install peertube instance
2.Install the video-annotation plugin.
3.Try adding JavaScript code to a video.
Describe the expected behavior
When you enable Disable XSS prevention security, it is supposed to allow adding JavaScript code to the video, but there is no explanation of how to add the code. I tried more than one way to add the JavaScript code, but it does not work.
