Move missing registration details request above challenge and ranking grids

Once there are 10 or more participants in an event, new users can not see the request to select a screen name and their country below the grid. Move any blocking registration information that prevents users from joining events above the challenge and ranking grids so that new users can see it.

Provide a default display name based on the users email prefix or their email prefix plus a number so that they can just select the provided profile name if it is acceptable to them.

Do not expect for users to know to scroll down the screen.
