Describe the bug

As seen in the attached video the text is rendering fine in automatic themes however in custom themes even after selecting text color the annotation is not visible clearly.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to simulator
Make a text box in circuit elements bar using the annotation dropdown
In the tools tab select themes
Check the text color in custom themes and automatic themes
Expected Behavior

Expected Behavior

The text color should change on it's own while using custom themes to be visible over the background or a better solution would be to have individual text-color setting for each textbox set by the user. Hence making it more personalisable.
