Use restix instead of raw curl

It looks like https://github.com/grefel/restix was purpose built to make remote API calls from within InDesign scripts, so we should probably switch to it for long term simplicity and compatibility.

Restix just uses advanced curl commands to make GET http requests. Don't think it adds much but can make the switch if you like. But it's still dependent on curl, which is executed in the same Applescript shell mine is. Get Outlook for Android<https://aka.ms/AAb9ysg>
