Burn results aren't included in factory plans

Problem Description

When playing Ultracube, some buildings don't have recipes that consume the cube, but rather, the cube is used as a power source, producing the unpowered cube as a burn result. Factory planner doesn't include these burn results in the plan, so my plan says that I consume 3.8 cubes, which is definitely not true.

Reproduction

1. Install Ultracube.
2. Play until you unlock the green tech card (or just use /editor).
3. Make a plan for producing basic tech cards and green tech cards.
4. You will see that the step for smelting rare metals consumes cubes, but the burn result output of dormant cubes is not included.
