I found ClearURLs causing search suggestions doesn't work on https://cn.bing.com.

It seems that any link could trigger this bug. For example. https://cn.bing.com/search?q=ddr5, if you enable ClearURLs, search suggestions will not pop-up, once disable it, everything is fine.

Adding "^https?:\\/\\/(?:[a-z0-9-]+\\.)*?bing(?:\\.[a-z]{2,})\\/AS\\/Suggestions" to exceptions works
Alternatively removing cvid rule works
Need to do more testing
