File-system bucket kubernetes custom resource

File-system bucket addon provide managed storage that could be mount and act like a hard drive disc. It is available through the Clever Cloud's API, so it could be interesting to implement it. Before implementing this addon as a Kubernetes custom resource, we have to check how we could use the Kubernetes CSI to do the job for us or may be a cloud controller manager.
