[client-v2] Remove dependency on Jackson.

Description

Client V2 has dependency on Jackson library that used only to parse summary headers.
Summary is very simple flat object in JSON. This can be done by a simpler parse without bringing heavy dependency.
Working with JSON format doesn't expect this library either.
