Screencast guide

• Aim for less than 3 minutes, no more than five minutes else it will be rejected.
• Can be edited by somebody else if you'd prefer to just export it.
• If you want somebody else to edit it, stick the screencast files prerendering - that is, the Expression Encoder files - in dropbox.
• Standarised intro/outro (maybe) graphics.
• Upload to code52 youtube account once done
