Introduce a group project to encourage a more collaborative mindset

Our fellows didn't work together as much as we'd like, and also didn't view working together as a core way they should be working, partially because all of the projects and work are framed as individual work.

We should encourage them to collaborate more, perhaps by having them do a project together. Maybe Kafka Cron?
