Form validation not appearing when you click on the Submit button

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Create a default contact form from Otter Blocks with some required fields
2. Without entering any value in the form, click on Submit -> There is no notice for the required fields, even though that should happen.
3. Enter a value in one of the fields of the form, and click on Submit -> Now, you see the "Please fill in this field" notice
