The developer documentation is currently falling behind the user documentation. Here is a list of thing to add to the main document:

Document how to create a release
Document how to change puppet modules and site on a live cluster
Document where to find the FreeIPA admin password
Document how to create a cluster with the master branch or a fork (see How to test? #57)
