BUG: Docker Images have wrong commit tag hash

Description

The linea-besu-package docker images are tagged with a Merge commit tag instead of the original commit hash that orignated the build. This makes hard an erroneous to identify exactly what's on each docker image.

Example:

• commit 47905ba
• published docker image consensys/linea-besu-package:sepolia-57edffa
  • it corresponds to a merge commit 57edffa
• Expected: to tag docker image with 47905ba instead of 57edffa
