please don't let the project die!  #49

Hello,
I have been noticing that this very nice and stable open source project is being less and less maintained over time. It is a great project that does what it does very reliably and it would be a shame to see it die. The issues are not being answered and PRs are not being addressed. Even ones that seem complete and would make it much better (for example the arm support PR) this would be a gret value for example to be able to run on AWS graviton processors which today is not possible
