Can you make a modloader asi module for a separated mods directory?

You can now use Ultimate ASI Loader to overload files from a custom folder following the original file system. Though I did test it and I've seen some files refuse to get loaded. I need to experiment more with it as in which type of files get loaded and which don't.
In any case, a modloader would still be nice to have, so we can put files from .img archives either loose in folders, or in custom .img archives instead (but we'd need something to create custom .img archives in the first place for this method)
