Bully Scholarship Edition has character shadow flickering on PC port is there any way to fix this. The silent patch does not cause this issue it is already in the game.

Those are most likely shader / rendering issues that resulted from porting the game from Xbox 360 to PC in the lowest effort possible way. No way to fix them for now (Probably will never be fixed as the modding interest for this game was always very low; I do hope that would change in the near future tho).

No way is when its impossible, but its possible and quite easy for those who did it before, usual shader code fix and maybe some litte fix of engine code if shader is not enough.

Well, someone first has to research the shader format that the game / engine uses and then make a tool to decompile and edit / fix them. Never said it's impossible but the fact that the modding interest for this game is so low and nobody really bothered making tools for over 15 years leaves a lot to be desired.
