If you're not using the Steam Version, you can download the EFIGS 1.200 Patch from https://support.rockstargames.com/articles/200149976/Bully-Scholarship-Edition-Patch-1-200-PC-Only

Once done, install SPBully by moving the contents of "SilentPatchBully.zip" into the game directory with the .exe.
If the game shows "1.200 SP Build 3" in the main menu, than you've installed it correctly.

Please don't just come to the issues tab to complain if you're not going to present an actual issue with the patch, in future.
You can email upload the .dmp to Google Drive and attach a share link.
