Upgrade ed25519-zebra to ^4.1.0

One thing to watch out for is that batch is now feature-gated: v4.1.0 vs. v4.0.3

This potentially breaks things in cosmwasm-crypto which disables the default features and uses batch

Unfortunately, upgrading ed25519-zebra requires other dependencies to be updated during contract compilation, like base64ct, which in turn requires edision 2024, which is not avaiable in Rust 1.82 which is used to compile contracts. We can not use newer Rust yet, because of issues with wasmer. So for now I am fixing the version of ed25519-zebra to =4.0.3 in this PR: #2528

Familiar problem. In case if a newer version of base64ct isn't enforced by another crate using comparison requirements there might be a chance you could manually downgrade it to an older one with:

cargo update -p base64ct --precise 1.7.3
