Vertical Belt/Ghost belts

Describe the Bug

Funnels and spouts can insert into vertical belts causing them to carry the item but horizontally but output them in a weird location alongside some other weird behaviour

Reproduction Steps

See attached media.

Expected Result

Vertical belts should not be able to hold items even if placed into via a funnel etc
