Schematics dont support non latin characters in their names

Schematics only support latin characters in their names and dont work with non latin characters

Reproduction Steps

1. Use schematic and quill to select a area to make a schematic of
2. When it asks for a name type in non latin characters (example: Chinese characters)
3. Create the schematic

Expected Result

The schematic name should show the non latin characters
