Crash Issue with Windmill Bearing in Create Mod on Sponge Server

Describe the Bug

I encountered a crash issue on my Sponge server after placing a "Windmill Bearing" to construct a windmill. Some time after the placement, the server crashed, and upon restart, players spawning at the spawn point could play normally. However, as soon as anyone approached the chunk where the windmill was placed, the server would crash again. I used a world editor to delete the windmill, and after that, the chunk loaded normally. This leads me to believe that the issue is related to the windmill bearing from the Create mod.

Reproduction Steps

1. Build a windmill by the 【Windmill Bearing】
2. Wait some times
3. Sponge server break

Expected Result

The server not break
