Log Error - Application error #15

This is my app , https://tv-trader-milaama-ca5c9428ec16.herokuapp.com/ it says ( An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command
heroku logs --tail )

i don't know what i have to do with it ? can you please help
