Print/PDF report in Detail view / File view

The summary page provides the ability to print, but the detail and file pages do not.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option to print (or PDF download) the detail page (expanding all collapsed sections). Add an option to print (or PDF download) the file pages.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right click, print, save as PDF. Issues I've encountered with this is that you first have to manually expand all the sections. Maybe an expand-all button would help (would be a nice feature in any case even if you're just viewing the page). The right click, print doesn't work on the File page - it just tries to print the Detail page. We also want to avoid getting the menu in the print, which should work with a right click, but if the user tries to print the entire page to get the file, then you'll get the menu.
