Sgàthach may remind users of upcoming birthdays based on the information provided by server members. Users are responsible for providing accurate birthdate information and can opt-out of receiving birthday reminders at any time.
The developers of Sgàthach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the bot's services.
These terms of use may be updated or modified by the developers of Sgàthach at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the bot after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
The developers of Sgàthach reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the bot's services at any time for any reason without prior notice.
