Mod integration api

Summary

add an api which would allow other mods to interact with the discord bot (Send messages/screenshots etc)
also make it compatible with bungeecord/multiverse

Can you propose specific endpoints that should be added? I can figure the rest out but you can prob help me out a bit with what exactly I should expose in the mod, assuming it's used in your own silly mod 😛
