Here we will discuss new eeDAP tasks and workflows.

Continuously record stage position, microscope camera view, and audio

The task (tracking_view) can record video, audio, stage position, and collect study results.

Input file

  • The input format is: taskName, taskID, taskOrder, slot ID, Question 1 to 5.
  • Question 1 to 5 can be edited, but don't accept comma.

GUI

  • Show WSI thumbnail and name.
  • "Start tracking button" starts video, audio, stage position recording.
  • "Stop tracking button" stops video, audio, stage position recording.
  • User should answer questions in corresponding box.
