the bot's been broken for a number of months now

i've tried a few times over the last few months to place calls with the bot, in two separate servers (both to each other and to other non-expired numbers) and it always claims that the other side is already in a call.

Hi there,

Thanks for checking the bot out. Unfortunately, all of the original maintainers have other full-time commitments, leaving us with no time to continue work on DTel.
I did at one point try and rewrite part of the call system to track down this bug, but never got it done due to time constraints. You can find the code on the branch refactor-call-client
