Syncs taking longer since we moved to Kubernetes

Since our migration to Kubernetes we have noticed syncs taking longer

Increased the pod resources (doubled it actually for both limits & requests)

Ran the upgrade commmad but resource didn't reflect, so i had to delete pods one by one and then ran a sync to see the pods are taking the new resources.

Important: This command can only be run by one of the repository admins:

Noora's 25-minute pipeline went up to an hour or more Jan 15 - 21

Then 50 - 60 minutes Jan 22 - 29

Now steady at 45 minutes Jan 31 - Feb 6
