mini-ATP aptamers?

@calebgeniesse you ran some mini-ATP aptamers are some point – was that via our stepwise_benchmark framework?

If so, would it be possible for you to set aside an afternoon in January to merge into master?

Not urgent, but in case you want a break from Eterna stuff, that, along with my recent malachite_green additions, serve as a set of test cases for a future person interested in de novo aptamer modeling and design.

@rhiju all of the AMP aptamers I ran should already be in master (see: amp_rna_aptamer.txt)
