Notification per Department

Hi First thing first, this plugin is really great, i just installed and tested it, But is there a way to add to have the notification per department? If a ticket is been assign to a certain department a notification is sent to the teams on that department, rather than it will only trigger the notification for new ticket.

Each department will have its own webhook url generated on the each group in the MS Teams
