Display the "Request Access" button with no menu.

dbGaP Only
Display the "Request Access" button with no menu.

Duos and dbGaP
Display the "Request Access" button with menu display Duos and dbGaP options.

Duos Link

Generate links to Duos with the format https://duos.org/dataset/${duosId}.

As per @NoopDog in Slack:

Basically if the dataset has only a dbGaP id then you can only request via dbGaP . If it only has a duos id then you can only request via DUOS. Id it has both ids the user can choose. Lmk if cits not clear from the mocks. This is for anvil explorer only.
