Linking to other types in TSDoc can not be resolved when building the documentation

**Describe the bug**
When running `npm run docs:api` a lot of warnings fill the console. Most of them relate to not being able to resolve a link.

**Expected behavior**
I'd expect that the docs can be built without any issues and all uses links can be resolved.
