Description

There is sample code in the project that can only be used if one has a firebird server and a database. Make a docker compose yml file that creates a firebird server ready to be accessed from the sample. Later it can also be used from integrationtests. The firebird server is also nice when testing the Create Database functionality when implementing #1

What is the impact?

Easier development of the provider
