Critical error: invalid memory read/write

When I use the UIAViewer to view the element of windows programs, such notepad. But the .ahk file showed this error message.

How do I solve this error?

What is your AHK version and OS version? Are you able to reproduce it consistently, and if so then what are the steps exactly?

My AHK edition is 1.1.33.2

my os is windows 10 home

When I reproduce this error, the UIAViewer can open the panel correctly. After you start capturing, if the mouse cursor hover on the element, the viewer panel can show the information correctly. But if i click down the element, the viewer crashed and showed the error message.

Maybe I misunderstood the usage of the viewer ?

I inspected and clicked in Notepad and other programs for a while and couldn't produce the error. Running AHK v1.1.32.02 on Windows 10 Pro 19045.3930.
