Feature request: Limit Timeline updates to (say) last 100 entries #2257

When opening the app after several days of no use, it takes considerable time to download the missing Timeline. Please add a setting to control the number of updates to the Timeline to an adjustable number of most recent entries, for example the most recent 100 items. Thank you.
