Add optional handlers for pop out when opened and closed.

Add new optional event handlers for when

• the pop out window is opened
• the pop out window has been closed

This would allow the wocomerce plugin to unlock parts of the UI that locked when the payment validation was triggered, so that the user can change shipping option after closing the pop out. Is probably useful for other plugins and SDK users as well as for analytics usage.
