Documentation issues on troubleshooting page

Many things seem to be listed under "Jobs completing (total messages decreasing) much more quickly than expected." in SQS that I think should in fact be something else (like if ECS machines aren't being put on jobs, the SQS behavior should be "Job count never decreases" or something like that)

Issue is not with documentation, it is with unclear reading of sparse matrix. Will fill in soon!
