Rename python-201 dir to iterators-generators

Once upon a time there was a vision of heirarchical organization by topic. It was a bit premature. This change has been reverted and the "python-201" directory has been appropriately renamed "iterators-generators-201". We can revisit this approach to organization at some time in the future, if needed.
