When using the Spotify Analysis feature and submitting the username specified in the user documentation, the application freezes and and doesn't open a browser. Only when closing the window the browser is opened, but there is no connection being established to Spotify.

This doesn't happen for me (OS Windows, Browser Firefox).
Since the program hangs for you before the browser opens, I'm going to try spawning a new thread to do it.
Can you download the updated .jar file from Releases and see if it works now?
