RGUI is not a valid key name -- even though it is on Remap definitions

I don't usually open issues of GitHub for lack of expertise, but this is puzzling me. I am trying to do a simple remap on a Redragon Fizz with 61-key and I am looking at the Remap.ini file for a key. The MENU or APP key is tagged simply RGUI or RWIN. However, none of these configs are working on the ini file.

Where can I find a solution to this??

Ah. You seem to be misreading that table. The upper row holds (somewhat) human-readable key names, the lower holds VK codes. The upper row is not used by the program, as you may see at its beginning.

Below those rows are scan codes and my KLM names. You may refer to the LWin (LGUI) key as LWIN (by VK code) then, or SC15B (by ScanCode) or CoLWI (by Colemak-based KLM code) or QWLWI (by QWERTY-based KLM code).

When you entered RWIN as the map-from code, however, in an attempt to map your right Windows key to something, you made the mistake of using a VK code to map from. That won't work. The keys are addressed by scan codes. In your case, you could've used sc15c or QWRWI to map the RWin key to something.

What you wrote after the = makes no sense to me at all. What were you trying to do?

But you wanted the App/Menu key? This is in no way LWin/RWin as those are the Win (GUI) keys. The App/Menu key is APPS/sc15d/QWAPP, as seen further up in the table.

Not sure what you're trying to do though? A simple remap should be done with the Layout/Settings menu choice, on the KeyMapper tab. Not by puttering about below the hood of those files. Your problem, then, is that the Menu/App key isn't choosable from the drop-down there. But you can just enter it on the editable line below! And if you press the Help button on that tab it'll show you some explanations and a table of the codes you need.

So in your case, using the KeyMapper you need the QW_ KLM codes. In your case, QWAPP. But since you didn't tell me what you wish to do with it, I can't tell you what to put on the next line (yet).

Disclaimer: Mapping your modifier keys to something isn't always robust. Modifier keys can be finicky – mapping them to something else usually works fine, but mapping other keys to act as modifiers in their stead isn't always easy. For such things, I usually use SharpKeys to move keys around first. The App/Menu key should be okay, if that's what you really wanted to use.

Ok, so if you would just help me, then I must mean the Special keys Compose key location, that I change to a Tap-or-mod with low 200ms trigger, and seeing as there is a string I could have it changed to a config with sharp relay.

To tell you the truth I was facing difficulty even identifying the key on my keyboard. The MENU key is something I don't use often and changing it to directional is the only thing I want it to do. I only now found the LS/GT key and found it had 12-keys on the below row. Didn't mean to mess with your config.

I might be using the PRTSC key if I can find it as well

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean by "Compose key location", or "config with sharp relay"?

Did you you want to turn your Menu key into a Compose key? Then you must use a State map, for instance like this:
QWAPP = vcAPP 0 ©Def @co1 -- -- -- ; SC15D: APPS. ©### – compose previous key(s).

Using a tap-or-mod key as Compose on tap might work, but I haven't tried it. Did you want that?
